Meir Adoni is an acclaimed Israeli chef known for blending traditional Middle Eastern flavors with modern culinary techniques. He is the creative force behind several renowned restaurants, including Samna and Sasazu, and has earned international recognition for his innovative cuisine.

OREN ZILBERSHTEIN
Oren Zilbershtein is a talented Israeli pastry chef celebrated for his artistic desserts and refined pastry techniques. He gained recognition for his work in top kitchens, including his role as Pastry Chef at Kempinski Tel Aviv, where he brought a modern and creative approach to classic patisserie.

Exciting news! Rabbi Ethan Stein, Rabbi of East Side Minyan in NYC, is returning after a fantastic program last year. His energy, warmth, and passion—both in and outside the shul—make him an incredible addition to our program once again.

Our kashrut supervision is led by Rabbi David Michan, chief Sephardic Rabbi of Colombia and Av Bet Din of Colombia, well-known and respected Rabbi in Latin America, who personally oversees every detail along with a team of devoted mashgichim. We have a dedicated Rabbi on the program solely available to address your halachic questions and concerns. From start to finish, we're committed to upholding the strictest standards of kashrut throughout your stay.
